How can I claim my 5% lowest price guarantee reduction?

To avail yourself of our lowest price guarantee, kindly substantiate your claim by presenting advertising material, a valid signed quote, a dated receipt, or any official document from the other Victorian retail store. These documents will aid our Oz Homes Insulation team member in verifying the identical nature of the product, encompassing brand, insulation type, and R-value, and confirming whether the item is in stock and offered at a lower price by a competitor.

Price matching must occur before purchase price matching cannot occur after a purchase has been made, including on any lay-by or part payment purchases.

OZ Homes Insulations will beat a competitor’s advertised price for an identical branded and stocked product subject to the following conditions:

The product is identical: including brand, insulation type, and R-value
The competitor has stock available (i.e. no backorders or rain checks) in the quantity requested and available for immediate purchase
The competitor’s price must include all associated costs, including GST, delivery charges insurance, and handling
If either the competitors’ product or our product is bundled with other products or bonuses (i.e. offers) then both offers must be identical
The competitors’ retail premises must be in Victoria, at which you are seeking the price match or be a Victorian website capable of delivering to your residence
Excludes competitor websites that don’t have a retail store in Victoria
Excludes trade buyers, wholesalers, importers, warehouses, auctions, and auction sites, duty-free, liquidation and clearance sales or if it is part of a larger order/quote or a bulk discount
Excludes cash-back offers or any vouchers offered by the competitor or the competitor’s vendors
The competitor’s offer must be verifiable by Oz Homes Insulation
The lowest price guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Typographical Errors

If a product is erroneously listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or misinformation received from our suppliers, Oz Homes Insulation reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders placed for products with the incorrect price. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is subsequently canceled, Oz Homes Insulation will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account equivalent to the amount of the incorrect price.
