Delivery Policy

– Oz Homes Insulation delivers to all of Victoria, all metro suburbs we apply a flat fee of $77 Inc of GST. For all regional suburbs we apply a charge of $129 inc of GST. – Any Material Purchased must be paid in full prior to delivery or pick up. – Our online store will inform you at check out if we are out of stock on any of the product you purchase, if you order via email or phone we will inform you otherwise.

Refund Policy

– After order has been processed and delivered or picked up, we do not offer any refunds of change of minds – Oz homes insulation only refund if order is cancelled prior to delivery of any materials.

Delivery to interstate

– All interstate orders must be over $5,000. – ETA on delivery is 3-7 business days. – Interstate orders to be signed off by the director.
