For bulk orders or rural deliveries it’s preferable that you are home or on site when the delivery vehicle is scheduled to arrive. We will usually request the driver to call the customer an hour or so in advance so that you can be prepared to receive the delivery. In some circumstances we can request that the driver drop off pallets of insulation rolls at an unattended site, however this is generally not recommended. If you do arrange for an unattended delivery, then you’ll need to make sure there is full access for the delivery vehicle, and you also need to let us know that a tail-lift drop off will be required. This will allow the driver to safely unload the pallets of insulation unaided.
